Shipping Policy

Every order from Vendroam ships free within the contiguous United States. Because our inventory is one-of-a-kind vintage and antique merchandise, each piece is packed by hand for its size, weight, and fragility.

Processing time

• Small and medium items (outdoor, velvet, jute, leather, and knit pouf covers): packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
• Large furniture and oversized pieces (oversized pouf covers and ottoman covers): prepared for freight or blanket-wrap delivery within 5–10 business days. A carrier will call to schedule a delivery window.

Transit time

• Parcel shipments typically arrive in 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Freight furniture typically arrives in 7–21 business days depending on your region.

Fragile & antique handling

Each cover is individually bagged and boxed to keep it clean and crease-free during transit.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only. If you are outside the U.S. and see a piece you love, email info@repoza.store and we will look into freight-forwarding options.

Tracking

You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order dispatches. Freight deliveries include the carrier's contact so you can arrange a convenient appointment.
